You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
Chelsea loves to be part of a team. She's made great friends anywhere she goes. She loves taking chances and going to training camps even if she doesn't know anyone at first. She loves earning the game winning goal or assists in big games to take home trophies.
Chelsea watches all of the Women's teams when they are available to view. She woke me up at 3am to watch the Olympics a couple years ago every morning to cheer on Canada, Australia and Spain. We've attended AFC games and she looks up to April Lantaigne who is a former Whitby FC Club player like herself.
Only one!? I think how she takes chances in order to better herself in the long run. She moved clubs at U13 in order to help her improve rather than stay with the safe bet. She goes to ID camps knowing no one and coming out smiling with new friends. She goes to the field on her free time and kicks and kicks to make herself better and it's showing in games. She's earned 3 HUGE tournament game winning free kick goals and her corners either score or consistently earn her an assist.
