Colby loves learning! He is anxious to put what he learns to the test as well. Immediately following practices, he wants to come home and show us what he was taught.
Colby is inspired by all who he watches. He is always taking in what he sees, whether it be in sports or in life, that is how he learns a lot of what he knows.
My most proud moment was during one of his football games. A teammate was subbed out and disappointed in himself for the play on the field that had just occurred. Colby took a knee next to this teammate and put his hand on his back and started giving him a pep talk. It was such a genuine, thoughtful move and says so much about the kind of person Colby is.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
