What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Cole loves to be active. He started sports at age 4. He’s played 4 sports and has worked hard at every sport but he found his passion in basketball. He puts his heart and soul into improving and being his best! Right now he is focusing on basketball and either trains, practicing or plays every day. He is a true baller! Cole also loves meeting new people. He is a very well known student athlete in his community and throughout the state especially in the basketball community.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Cole is inspired by his Dad, Robert Williams. He has had a lifetime dedicated to sports and basketball. He spent many years playing and coaching. He still plays actively and is often found in a gym either playing, refereeing or watching Cole play. Cole would like to follow in his dad’s footsteps while still forging his own path. He’s always working hard, never wishing for it, always working for it, just like his dad!

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

We have been most proud of a Cole for never giving up! His work ethic amazes us. He has faced many challenges and never let that stop him. Sometimes even from people he looked up to and admired. Cole recently was accepted at Saint Raphael Academy where he will be a student athlete. This has been his dream and he made it a reality with his hard work and dedication. Right now he is focusing on playing basketball but we will see what the future holds. We can’t wait to see all he will accomplish!
