Colton loves the intensity of competing in sports. How it challenges him physically and mentally. It is also growing his confidence on and off the field. He enjoys being a part of a team. The camaraderie is something he cherishes.
He believes God gives him the strength to be at his best. His parents and grandparents inspire him to be a good person first and foremost. They value hard work and to always trying his best. They always stress never giving up and finishing what you started.
As a lifelong Yankee fan, the proudest moment would be him competing at Yankee Stadium for the MLB pitch hit and run contest. He practiced and worked hard towards winning the local competition to earn a spot competing at a high level at the stadium. Hitting balls from home plate at 8 yrs old at Yankee Stadium is a memory he will never forget.
