Connor never misses a day of either being on the ice or on the trails. He plays AAA hockey and races the Ontario Cup mountain biking

Hockey- loves the battles, going to new rinks, making friends out of the competition, and developing new skills Biking- fresh air, technical climbs, exploring new trails, and pushing myself harder each ride. Learning about the mechanics of bikes, the trails, and how to change a flat tire in a pinch. The feeling as I cross the finish line after I have picked myself up from a crash or fall
My dad is always there. He can be hard on me at times but he knows what I am capable of doing and what I need to do to be better. My coaches understand how to work with me, make everything fun, and push me to try and do things I did not think I could do both on the ice and on the trails
Hockey- being asked to play with a team of strangers and go to Las Vegas. Taking it all the way to the final and making new friends Biking- this summer I made my first podium, the feeling of passing riders who for years I have always been on their tail. Also my sisters are now old enough to race with me and I love teaching them new skills and cheering them on when we are on their trails together or at the finish line
