Cooper loves the bind that he creates with his teammates. Playing football and wrestling give him an outlet outside of home and school. It makes him hold himself accountable for doing the job he has been assigned on and off the field.
His grandfather, Wesley inspires him because he's taught him that no matter what the circumstance is that he can push through and that his size doesn't make a difference, but its his mentality that sets him apart and will take him far in life.
The proudest moment in his athletic journey is when a teammate got injured and Cooper took it upon himself to go and be with him and to comfort him during the incident. It showed me that it was just more than playing sports but a brotherhood amongst all the players.
