Cooper has always been an underdog in baseball. He's never been the biggest, strongest or fastest. The beginning of his first season of competitive league ball he struggled, but he listened, learned, and worked hard. The the first game of the teams only tournament that season it all came together. He got his first hit, and RBI double, and made a number of plays in the field. From there he became the top producing player on his team, a leader, and a example of perseverance for his team.
