What Craig loves most about playing his sport is the pure joy of competition and the feeling of being part of something bigger than themselves. He thrives on the adrenaline of game day, the challenge of pushing his limits, and the bonds he builds with teammates.
Craig is inspired both on and off the field by his coaches, as well as professional athletes he looks up to in both baseball and football. His coaches play a huge role in shaping his mindset. They push him to lead by example, show respect to teammates and opponents, and stay disciplined. He also draws inspiration from professional athletes like Russell Wilson and Mike Trout not just for their talent, but for how they carry themselves with character, work ethic, and leadership.
One moment in my athletic journey that makes me proudest was making my first All-Star team when I was 8 years old.It was my first real taste of what hard work could lead to. I had been putting in a lot of effort—practicing my swing, working on my fielding, and always giving my best at every game. When I found out I made the team, I was so proud and excited. Wearing that All-Star jersey and playing alongside some of the best players my age made me feel confident and motivated to keep pushing.
