She is the hardest working young lady I know. She is early to rise, does farm chores, her school work so that she can make practice.

Daisey loves playing catcher. She doesn't mind getting down and dirty and takes the GRIT that she has from being a cowgirl every day and brings it to the softball field. She loves being a part of every defensive play, and loves talking to her team and hyping them up. She loves that she can be both cute and BOLD, and let her two worlds collide.
Daisey is inspired by her Grandma's both are tough working Farm girls/Cowgirls. They work hard every day on the farm and never ever complain. They are the definition of GRIT and toughness. They work hard every day, they are caring and selfless, and more importantly they lead their family in work, and in the home. Daisey is very close to her Grandma's and aspires to be as tough as they are one day.
She played on her district Allstar team. She didn't get to start, she sat on the sidelines and cheered loud for her team keeping them motivated and leading from the dugout. Coach put her in at the bottom of the 4th inning, and they were down she called a time out with her pitcher, and they came out a different team. That girl rallied her entire team on their defensive game by being their hype person and leader. It made me so proud to watch a 10 year take leadership, and pride in her team.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
