Darius won Hall of Fame award at his middle school. This really stuck out to me because it required a delicate balance of staying on top of his academics and athletics simultaneously. He always demonstrated great leadership skills that weren't just noticed by his peers, but the school and coaching staff that vote for the recipients of this award.
