Daryl has spent his entire life surrounded by sports, developing a true passion for competition and teamwork. While he enjoys playing a variety of sports, nothing excites him more than being on the football field and catching touchdowns—a moment where his dedication, skill, and love for the game all come together.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Daryl’s mother has been a constant source of love and encouragement, always standing by his side and pushing him to chase his dreams. His father, a high school coach and special education teacher, has played a particularly influential role in his life. Watching his father dedicate himself not only to coaching athletes but also to shaping and supporting students in the classroom has taught Daryl the true meaning of leadership, perseverance, and compassion. What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Daryl didn’t just make Varsity in all three sports as a freshman—he dominated. From day one, he proved he belonged, shattering expectations and making his presence felt against older, more experienced athletes. His breakout season was nothing short of electric, earning him 1st Team All-Region honors at Wide Receiver and 2nd Team recognition as a Kick Returner. To make that kind of impact as a freshman is rare—and it’s only the beginning for Daryl.
