What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What our daughter loves most about competitive acrobatic gymnastics is that it allows her to pursue her dreams with passion and purpose. She’s found a true love in the sport—one that challenges her, pushes her, and brings her incredible joy. She thrives on the competitive nature, but more than that, she values being part of a team, where trust, communication, and unity are everything.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

⸻ Who inspires our daughter on and off the stage? It starts with her mom, who came from humble beginnings and pushed through every challenge as a competitive and classical ballerina—showing strength, grace, and resilience every step of the way. It continues with her dad, a combat veteran who rose from nothing, served his country with honor, and now serves his community, helping those impacted by tragedy and hardship. We’ve always tried to guide her, to lead by example, she is our inspiration

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Leaving the comfort of her old gym to join a new, highly competitive team with a strict structure and high expectations. With a brand-new partner and just one season to prepare, she poured her heart and soul into every practice. Then came Nationals in Providence, Rhode Island. Her goal? Simply to place in the top six. But with unshakable determination, grit, and grace beyond her years, she did more than that—she soared. She and her partner placed third in the entire nation. Proud.
