He watches their highlights and studies how they practice and tries to being that same intensity to his level of play. He also get inspiration from his coaches with the belief that he has the ability to go as far as he believes he can.
My proudest moment in son’s athletic journey is actually when my son got hurt. He broke his arm before a game and missed playing the rest of the season. He showed up to every practice and participated in every exercise he could. He helped other players who were struggling in positions he was familiar with and was sideline every game cheering on his teammates. He showed that he understood that the team comes before himself and showed up for his team.
