My proudest moment was taking my team to the playoffs for the first time since 2014 it was an indescribable feeling—like a long-awaited dream finally becoming a reality. For years, it felt like the team was on the verge, but never quite broke through. To finally get there, after so much hard work, patience, and perseverance, is a massive weight lifted off everyone’s shoulders. There’s a sense of pride not just for the accomplishment, but for all the years of effort that led to this moment
