Receive Text UpdatesI think the biggest driver here is learning the “art” of what makes Jiu Jitsu so effective, and the community that she’s befriended along the way.
I think her sister is her biggest inspiration. She is in constant awe of her, what she wears, the music she listens to, and so on. They both train at the same time, and often partner up on the mats.
It’s many moments wrapped up into one. She doesn’t give up, even if a match doesn’t end in her favor. She’s always up for the next tournament and shows with her relentless pursuit in practice with her teammates. It’s been an amazing journey to watch from the studio benches as well as from the crowd.
