Dillon loves most about basketball is the competition—the excitement that kicks in when the game's on the line. It pushes him to be sharper, faster, and smarter every time he and his teammates step on the court to battle.
The person who inspires Dillon is Steph Curry. They play the same position. Steph’s dedication and focus to the game is unmatched. Dillon is motivated to become the caliber player Steph is on the court. Off the court Steph is a great role model and uses his platform to uplift Christ, love his family and help others.
We have a neighbor who started loving basketball at age of 4. He would watch Dillon practice outside all the time. At the age of about 6 the little neighbor started to play basketball but he was not that good at some fundamental skills. After school I noticed Dillon had went outside to practice, but I didn’t hear the ball bouncing. I go outside to look and Dillon is at the neighbors house working with the neighbor to help make him better at basketball by teaching basic fundamentals.
