His brother who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 4 year old and who competed and excelled at school and sports while managing his diabetes. He went on to play college baseball and showed Dylan he can do anything he sets his mind to and works for.
Dylan won his first youth golf tournament this summer. He set his mind to winning that tournament and practiced and practiced and won. He was so proud and so humble with all the other competitors, complimenting them on their game. Another adult came and told us how proud they are of him and how great of kid and competitor he is. That makes a parent proud.
