Eamonn loves a challenge and building skills to help him be a top athlete. He is always looking up ways to improve on the field or court. Not only does it keep him fit, sports help build his mindset to push to the fullest potential in every aspect of his life!
His biggest inspiration is his father, Paul. He was Eamonn’s first coach and taught him not only to be a strong competitor but also a great teammate and leader. Paul instilled a positive mindset that included great sportsmanship. Unfortunately, Eamonn lost his dad in May from brain cancer. During his dad’s cancer, Eamonn always played for him and continues to honor his dad before every game. He will always be his greatest inspiration and his number one fan!
I am so proud how Eamonn never stops working for his dreams, and always proves himself on the court or field. Eamonn always gives 100% from the start of the whistle to end of the game. One of my proudest moments was watching Eamonn take the field a couple weeks after his father passed away and if you didn’t know his story - you would of never known how much courage, resilience, and determination he showed during the game. He scored his point and raised his hand to say this was for you, dad.
