Eden loves competing, getting stronger, and making new friends/ teammates. Eden always makes friends while waiting for her heats, and encourages the girls from other clubs as well.
Eden says her coaches and parents inspire her to give her best. Her coach Leon reminds her that she is a leader on the team and sets the tone for her relay teams. She says her parents also inspire her as they were college athletes and know what it takes to grow as an athlete.
Eden’s proudest moment was competing with her relay teams in the regional championships this year. Eden did not qualify in the 100m, but remained positive for her teammates. Her teammates grew as friends and that trust & fun helped them qualify for Junior Olympics. Update: 2x All American at JO’s!
