You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
Eli loves the competitiveness along with the excitement of each new game and the challenge of the sport to get better than the game he played before. Eli works hard to improve himself pitching, batting and playing on the field every chance he gets always asking to go practice or to the batting cages. Eli’s positions are pitcher, 3rd baseman and relief catcher.
On the field it’s Aaron Judge because of the intensity of the way he plays the game with his physical abilities that he has hitting and playing outfield with his positive attitude on and off the field. Off the field it would be his papaw because he loves baseball as much as he does. Papaw has been teaching Eli the fundamentals of baseball from an early age.
During a championship game even tho Eli had an amazing day that day pitching we still fell short and lost. Even tho we lost Eli was trying to pick up his teammates spirits telling them how well they all played. After the game he also went to the other team congratulating them on their win. Eli is very competitive but always shows excellent sportsmanship and that’s why his papaw and I are very proud of him. Eli always gives his old bats and gloves that he has outgrown to younger players.
