Since age 8, Elijah has been sleeping with a basketball. From school to travel basketball, he developed a skill, passion, and love for it.

On and off the court my greatest inspirations are my parents. They have sacrificed so much in order to get where they are in life and where I am in life. Which inspires me to be better me everyday.
In 2023, Elijah faced having to get surgical intervention for a serious injury. I watched him go from tears to full strength and recovery. He refused to it being the end and instead he Promised himself that was the beginning of a new Elijah. He overcame all the obstacles and ran his race. Ultimately getting to the finish line. You can’t drive forward looking in your rear view mirror.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
