Being like his big brother
Elijah watches his big brother play sports and wants to play everything his brother plays. His brother teaches him how to hold his glove, how to pitch, field the ball and bat.
When he play catch inside the house with himself and I can see him doing everything his brother has taught him and he makes the choice to do this in his own inside. We live in a rural town on the coast of Oregon and it rains quite a bit so he makes die by practicing inside. Every time he hits the ball, he runs the bases to practice that too, and he enjoys learning to slide to be safe!
