Making the decision to switch from playing baseball to exclusively playing soccer, having to learn a new position in a new sport “from scratch” with no guidance besides his coaches has made me very proud of Elijah. He made the decision 5 years ago, knowing that it would involve a learning curve and has dedicated each moment to research, practice, and playing to becoming a better player.
