Ella loves her sport because it challenges her both mentally and physically, helping her grow stronger with every practice and game. It teaches her discipline, teamwork and resilience, while giving her a place to express myself, escape stress, and feel truly alive. the friendships,the adrenaline, the constant drive to improve it all reminds her why she can't imagine life without it.
