Ella loves being able to see her teammates succeed. The younger athletes that have not come into their confidence finding it. Ella loves the environment and energy while in competition. Using her knowledge, passion, and dedication to help others.

Sophie stands up to bullying, setting the example that it isn’t ok. Also, Kobe Bryant for putting in the effort and not boasting about his achievements.
Even through setbacks Ella made certain to set the example for her teammates, by showing up to non mandatory practices. Being in the gym, on the tennis courts, track, or field putting in the extra work while no one was watching. Ella does not brag about her successes, instead uses her knowledge to help the growth of whichever program she is involved. Ella is also the top of her class in academics, which is not an easy task while managing all of her sports.
