My daughter loves flag football and has a drive to do her best. She has had challenges to balance sports and academics and has made changes.

Her teammates… they are a positive influence on her. She was able to gain good friends during the season. It helps her see outside of her normal life… she committed to doing better in school academically as it hasn’t always been a strength for her.
When she got out of her shell and took on the position to distract the other team. I didn’t know she could get that loud, it made the crowd laugh because she was really getting everyone’s attention. But overall her growth and being a team player.
