Ellis enjoys tumbling and stunting the most. She loves learning and mastering new tumbling skills and is always excited to learn how to fly in a new stunt. Come competition season she loves getting to travel to different locations, compete on the stage, and watch her friends on other teams at her gym or friends that are at other gyms. She's all about showing and receiving support.
Her teammates inspire her. She knows that this is a team sport and everyone needs to do their very best in order to succeed. That thought helps her push through, whether it's at practice or a competition, because she doesn't want to let the team down. She has cheered with a lot of her teammates for 3 years now, many of which are older than her, and she looks up to so many of them.
After cheering for 2 years at a gym, she made the hard choice to try out at a new gym. She knew there was more that she could do and she was determined to show it off. She trained really hard leading up to try-outs at the new gym, tried out for a "goal team", and was so excited and shocked when she made that goal team. It really helped her confidence grow.
