What I love the most about playing my sports is that I get to play with my teammates/friends. I love that I improve every year and that I get to meet new people through camps and tournaments.
My Dad inspires me because he helps me improve my game. He talks to me about how important it is to be a good leader on and off of the field/court. My Dad teaches me that it is not just about the game. Sports teaches you about life and becoming a young man.
Ellison’s overall attitude makes me the proudest. No matter the outcome, he walks away with his head held high. He is in tune with his emotions but doesn’t let it stop him from getting back out there and working hard. It doesn’t get the best of him. Last football season was tough for him. When he was asked what he learned from the season he said “to have a good mindset and to not let yourself down when you’re down”. He always gives max effort and does it with a great attitude!
