What Morty loves and enjoys about playing baseball is being able to test his competitiveness, traveling around the country and meeting new talented athletes. He’s a catcher so he loves to be the captain on the field and loves being able to throw runners out when he has the opportunity too do so.
One professional player who inspires Morty is Yadier Molina who’s also his favorite player. Growing up watching baseball he’s always been into Molinas moves behind the plate and always looked up to playing like him.
There’s one to many moments that have made me proud and he continues to make mom and I proud. One moment I can vividly see is the biggest smile on his face when we won the World Series for the first time.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
