Emerson suffered a broken femur back in March while racing, with hard work and determination, he is back to racing motocross again.

Emerson looks up to Christian Craig, a professional motocross racer. Craig has gone through many injuries in his career and has returned to racing after every one of them. He inspires Emerson to work hard no matter the pain he is feeling.
A moment that makes me proud is how Emerson overcame his injury. His first race of the year he came up short on a jump and snapped his femur in half. He was airlifted to the hospital and underwent surgery and has worked hard to get back on the bike everyday. He is racing again stronger than ever.
