The place she has been able to go and the people she has meet. Being from a small town in NY have the opportunity to go to national events and represent our area. Track has given Emma the opportunity to grow as an athlete and person. Learning the importance of hardworking and having goals.

Each summer I see her continue to train after school is out and other kids are at the beach. This summer she trained during our family vacation and with her coach several times a week to prepare for the Jr Olympics. It paid off with a 9th place finish. She had never long jumped, hurdles, threw a shotput or javelin a few months ago.
