He loves the competition sports provides him a structured exciting outlet for that natural drive he has. He enjoys the connection that he gets from his team mate to his coaches. Learning to work with different personalities to accomplish a goal is rewarding. Some of his best friends have came from playing sports. He also likes the discipline of sports. It has taught him how to push through when things get tough and a strong work ethic. While many people would be sleeping Ethan was up at 5:30 am.
Troy Polamlu- he is one of the best safeties but never seeks the spotlight. He is thoughtful and spiritual but can still play with explosiveness and instinct that makes him so great! Troy also played through many injuries and continued to get better and better. In the end he’s not only a great athlete but to the core a great person being humble and grateful for all he has.
Coming back from an injury Ethan learned a lot. While his body was healing, his heart stayed in the game. He showed up to every practice and game to cheer on his team. He learned that being part of a team isn’t just about being on the field, it’s also about who you are when you can’t play. He had to learn how to come back stronger physically and mentally. It was about proving not only to himself but everyone watching that setback build warriors, and now he’s back and better then before.
