What I love the most about playing sports is getting to be with my team and working hard together. I love the feeling when we make a big play or win a game, and it’s fun to push myself and get better.
My dad motivates me the most. He loves baseball with all his heart and he gives everything to help others by coaching. Seeing how much he cares and how he believes in me makes me want to do my best every time I play. I want to make him proud, just like he makes me proud.
My proudest moment as a baseball player was when I made the All-Star team. I worked really hard all season, and it felt awesome to see it pay off. I was so happy because I made my family proud, and that means everything to me. When my name was called, I felt like all the practice and games were worth it.
