Evan loves the thrill of pushing his limits and the joy of competing with others who share his passion. He thrives on discipline, teamwork, and setting big goals; whether it’s leading his team in cross-country or chasing new PRs on the track. What he loves most is the feeling of progress; knowing every run, every rep, brings him closer to his dreams.
Evan is inspired by his family; especially his dad, who trains alongside him and coaches with care and purpose. He’s also motivated by elite runners who’ve overcome challenges to reach the top. Their dedication reminds him that hard work, heart, and humility can take you far; on and off the track.
One of my proudest moments was running all 26.2 miles of a full marathon alongside Evan and crossing the finish line together, in 3:28:17—at just 11 years old. His strength, focus, and determination over 26.2 miles were beyond inspiring. But what makes me even prouder is how he leads both his cross-country and track teams as captain; lifting others up and guiding them to victory through his example, heart, and relentless work ethic.
