He is a goalie who absolutely loves the position so much he plays it in ice hockey and in ball hockey. In baseball he is catcher and doing great at it and is improving his glove and hand eye coordination. He loves at the end of the game when his team comes down and gives him big group hug.
I would like to think his family inspires him but also his goalie coach Chris Hardill is a huge inspiration to him and has taught him so much about the game he loves so much. Off the ice his teacher last year was very inspiring to him. He had an opportunity to meet Linus ullmark and he gave his very good advice on being a good person good teammate good student good brother good son as that is most important in life
I have witnessed Evan play on teams that were unmatched and seeing Evan never give up and remains very positive. My proudest moments is always hearing from team parents about how much of a great kid he is always complimentary to his teammates and never puts them down no matter the score. To me that tops any save he makes on the ice.
