Briggs competitive karting has become a significant passion of mine, fueled by more than just the thrill of racing. My love for the sport, its community, and the unique opportunity it offered me during the COVID-19 shutdown greatly influenced my choices during that time. The adrenaline rush of karting is unmatched. The excitement of being behind the wheel and the intense focus required on the track creates an amazing experience. In karting speed, skill and strategy all come together. I love it!
My karting inspiration off the track is my parents. They provide support & encouragement while sharing their passion for racing, which strengthens our bond. They travel with me to every race. My Dad is my mechanic, he had to learn everything from scratch to help me be the best I can be. They have sacrificed alot for my racing, and I am very grateful for them. I look up to all the drivers in my field. I can learn from all drivers in my class. Being new to the sport, I am always ready to learn.
My first podium in my junior year is the most proud moment of my karting journey. It shows all of the hard work, dedication, and perseverance I have put in. I was Rookie of the year in my junior year and third overall in my first year in Senior Briggs. Always striving for better I will be competing in the Canadian Karting Nationals event again this August.
