It’s a way to create memories with my teammates and family. I love the environment because of the people and umpires that are there supporting our sport. Competing is fun and helps me build myself as a team player and leader for my teammates.
Jocelyn Briski, she pitches for Alabama. She is an awesome pitcher and I had the chance to meet her last fall. She is kind, encouraging, and had a good conversation with me about how to grow up and become a college athlete.
Conquering the Chinese changeup! A lot of people argue about whether it’s illegal or not and it’s silly to pitch, but it’s fun and a way to remember that we need to keep our sport fun. My whole team cheers when I get a strike out of it! I also loved hitting my first homerun! It has taken a lot dedication to achieve that!
