He bought his own bat and glove when he was 9 to play baseball on his church league. The first swing he fell in love. He loves the challenge of baseball and from the moment he stepped onto the field there was no other sport in his mind. There was only baseball.

For me, it isn’t just one moment. You work hard day in and day out to be where you want to be and where you can be proud of yourself. Watching him grind and put in the work when no one is watching makes me very proud of him and his work ethic towards this sport.
