What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

This sports teaches discipline, patience , self awareness, confidence, self defense etc. both her and her bother does it, they loves the art of it the forms, the physical and mental aspect and benefits it brings... Helps with social anxiety those are just a few of the benefits that they love about it.


Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Besides me as their mom that gives them the inspiration and motivation on and off the mat ... Others like Bruce Lee even though he does a different kind of martial arts.


What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

When they entered their tournament for the first time and won their first trophy/medal, their first championship belts. Also, when they are stepping up in ranks. My daughter Genessa also plays volleyball and in the marching band and about to do gymnastics. My son Elijah use to play soccer.
