The camaraderie of team with girls working together to achieve the same “goal “. Girls lax is her passion if she’s not playing she coaches the little girls.
Her coach Karen she is the epitome of “Coach “ She is tough and pushes the girls . She challenges them with out abusing them. She is not soft but she gives the girls confidence in their abilities. She creates a healthy “team” environment and every girl on her team is important no matter what level of play they are at. She encourages and respects all of her girls. She promotes healthy relationships and values all play levels.
The way she has progressed. From that Rolly Polly little girl who couldn’t pick up a ground ball to making 8 goals in a game. To a young adult with a passion and patience to teach her craft. As good as she is she will always stop to help the player who struggles. She believes some girls need the sport more than the sport needs them. Her personal journey wasn’t easy she had to overcome a lot of toxicity and still never lost the love of the sport!
