On the field, my son looks up to his coaches and teammates. Off the field, he inspires himself. Even though no one in our family plays hockey and baseball, he found his own passion and pushes himself to be better every day. His drive comes from within, and that’s what makes him truly special.
There have been many, but one that stands out is when my son first tried ice skating at just 4 years old. None of us could skate, but he was determined. He fell over and over, got hurt but kept getting back up and trying again. His courage and determination made me incredibly proud.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
