The love of the sport, and being part of a team. I was able to attend a volleyball camp this summer that focused on faith based team building and taught us fundamentals. It really helped me find passion for the sport and the camaraderie that is involved .
My family and friends. I enjoy getting to know people and understanding them and what makes them successful in life. I enjoy helping others. I love in a small community and I find inspiration in helping our community and the people it serves. Giving back to all the people that have taken time to help grow me into the person I am, brings me pride and inspires me daily.
I have worked really hard to make my academics a priority in the past that has been a struggle for me. Working through that to be strong both on and off the court has been a big accomplishment, and it also helps me because the little kids I get to help along the way look up to me and I want them to see with hard work they can become successful as well.
