She loves the challenge of pushing her limits, mastering new skills, and competing at the highest level. More than that, she values the friendships, teamwork, and sense of family her sport provides. Being part of something bigger than herself fuels her drive—she loves showing up for her teammates, inspiring others, and proving that with dedication, anything is possible. Her sport gives her confidence, purpose, and pure joy every time she takes the floor.
She is inspired by her parents, who have coached athletes for over 30 years. Their example has taught her that greatness comes from discipline, humility, and lifting others up. She also draws inspiration from elite athletes in her sport, studying how they balance pressure with grace. Their journeys remind her that success isn’t just about winning, it’s about the work, resilience, and heart it takes to keep going, even when the road gets tough.
The proudest moment was watching her rise above when others tried to diminish her character with untruths. With support, determination, focus, and passion for her sport, she turned that challenge into growth, becoming a stronger person and more confident athlete. Despite the negativity, she continues to be a true friend, an amazing athlete, and a reliable leader who inspires everyone around her.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
