What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Grant loves that it is him against himself testing the training and technique he has been working on and the friends he has made throughout his 6 1/2 year jiujitsu journey.


Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

His coach because he pushes him and encourages him to be the best version of himself and His dad because he sacrifices so much to provide and give him opportunities to travel and compete with the top competitors in the world.


What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

That he steps out on that mat and has a humble mindset win or lose when competing.
