His family, his brother(s), we had to overcome a lot of adversity, and we work hard and we are proud of our accomplishments.
Griffin played in a game, where he did terrible, made a few errors, he didn't hit all that well, the ride home that night was quiet... he didn't say much, but I knew how he felt. The next day, he got up at 7 AM.. he went out worked on fielding, for 2 hours.. did some hitting practice as well. He had a game that day, and he snapped, went 4 for 4, played a clean game defensively. That's who he is, he's willing to do the work, overcome adversity and get better.
