Receive Text UpdatesWhat I love most about gymnastics is how it pushes me physically and mentally. Each routine demands strength, focus, and precision. I enjoy the challenge of constant improvement and the pride that comes from hitting a clean routine. While it’s an individual sport, the bond with teammates makes it even more meaningful. Gymnastics has taught me discipline, resilience, and confidence—lessons I carry both in and out of the gym.
I’m inspired by Justin Ciccone’s work ethic—his relentless refinement of every detail reminds me to always strive for perfection. Brody Malone’s calm, confident presence under pressure shows me the power of mental strength. And Kameron Nelson’s fearless innovation and consistency, both on and off the mat, push me to take calculated risks and keep evolving as a gymnast and person. Their examples fuel my drive every day.
One moment I’m proudest of is Brody Malone’s comeback after his knee injury. Watching him return stronger, nail elite routines, and earn top finishes showcased incredible resilience. It reminds me that setbacks don’t define us—how we respond does. His journey inspires me to push through adversity, rebuild confidence, and use obstacles as stepping stones toward growth.
