Hadlee enjoys being an athlete because she gets to stay in shape, and has found a love for each sport she plays. Being a three sport athlete is something that she takes pride in and it is even more special to her because she has found personal and team success in each one. Along with the success, she has also built life-long friendships with teammates. Overall, she loves playing sports and being an athlete because she gets to give Glory to God with the talents He blessed her with.
As a multi-event athlete in track, Hadlee's teammates and younger sister inspire her to be the best. Hadlee competes she has to show up for her relay teams and herself. They inspire and push her to go the extra mile because they know she can! Coach Kaufman and her Mom have always inspired Hadlee to dream big and put in the work. They often remind her that one off practice isn't the end of that season. They also inspire hadlee to help others and be my best.
Not only has Hadlee been a standout athlete in all sports, but recently she has developed a passion for throwing. Throwing is a wonderful gift she was given that she finds success in, and now has taken time to help others find success in it too. The moment that makes us the proudest was when Hadlee was given the All American Girls Discus Award by the National Track/XC Coaches Association. We are so proud of everything she has done and the many school records she has broken along the way!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
