Hailie loves the rush of the game and the fast plays, the teamwork, the challenge. But most of all, she loves the bond with her teammates. The laughs, the huddles. Volleyball isn’t just a sport to her it’s where she feels most alive, confident, and connected.
Her 15U Nationals club coach inspired her. "She believed in me when I was struggling and helped build my confidence. I learned so much from her, not just about volleyball, but about believing in myself. My family inspires me too. They’re always making sacrifices—giving their time, money, and endless support so I can chase my dreams."
One of the proudest moments was watching her step out of her comfort zone and going somewhere big at a travel volleyball club, not knowing a single person and still showing up with confidence. She encourages teammates, brings the energy while finding the perfect balance between fun and fierce.
