Hāli’imaile lives for softball! While honing her passion, she has won State, AFA Nat champs, & now made the USA Softball All-American team!

Hāliʻimaile loves that she is able to grow and be great at softball, the sport she loves the most! She feels blessed to have made many new friends along the way and looks forward to meeting many more friends, coaches, and mentors in the future. She is thankful for the opportunities she has had to travel and play softball around the country and looks forward to what the future will bring as she grows in this sport!
The people who inspire Hāliʻimaile the most are her parents & grandparents. They have always pushed her to do her best, whether she is on or off of the field. Her papa, & tūtūkāne (grandpa) always told her to "swing her bat hard". This is a fond memory that Hāliʻimaile holds dear to her heart as both of her grandpas have passed, but their words of encouragement will always be with her. Her tūtū wahine (grandma) always tells her to "pitch her fastest". Their inspiration drives her on the field.
The day her and her travel team won 1st place in the 2025 12U AFA National Championships was one of Hāliʻimaileʻs most proudest moments! Her team, Hana Paʻa 808, went undefeated in this national tournament in which 60 teams battled for the championship. They battled each other on the field, and battled the stifling hot heat of St. George, Utah. Every team gave their all, but Hāliʻimaileʻs team came out on top, in 1st place!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
