What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Halo loves competition and loves working hard to help her teammates thrive. She loves track and basketball because it helps her be herself and connect with others. They also help her feel more relaxed and confident.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Caitlin Clark inspires Halo because she has faced through many hard things such as sexism. She also had to play with Boys bigger than her for lack of girl leagues in her area. Caitlin managed to make a comeback and prove everyone wrong.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The determination and commitment she shows on the track and on the court is unwavering. She wakes up at 5 A.M. to train. She never gives up and she will do whatever it takes to give herself the best opportunity to be her best and do her best.
